September 2023 - Over the past 14 years of providing the Gleeo Time Tracker app to a large number of users, we have experienced a lot of trust and appreciation. We would like to thank you very much for that.
With a lot of enthusiasm and commitment we were able to keep the app free and ad-free for our users until now. We would like to share here openly and transparently why we now have to make a change in our pricing structure.
The effort to implement customer requests and technical requirements and also to ensure support has grown steadily in recent years. To ensure that we can continue to develop our app in the long term and provide the best possible support, it has become necessary to introduce a monthly fee.
This change is essential to keep the quality, security and functionality of our app at the highest level. It enables us to provide regular updates to adapt the app to new technologies and user needs. At the same time, this helps ensure that we continue to be a reliable partner for our customers and can respond accordingly quickly when needed.
We are aware that this comes as a surprise after many years of free use. For this reason, and also as a thank you for the trust placed in us over the last few years, existing users can continue to use the app in full for free until the end of 2024, including all additional features such as geofencing (automated location-based time recording).
Price structure:
- For new users, it is still possible to use the app for free, but limited to 10 tasks and 1000 time entries.
- With the Pro Version, which costs around $2.00 per month, any number of tasks and time entries can be recorded. Geofencing is possible and new functions tend to flow into the Pro Version.
- For Sync&Team users nothing changes, Sync&Team always includes all the Pro Version functions.
